This 90 minute meet in person or phone call serves as a time for us to discuss anything you desire about your pregnancy, birth, and/or postpartum. We will be able to get to know one another while you ask all your questions regarding pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. You will leave this time feeling more prepared and confident for what lies ahead! Maybe you aren't quite sure if a doula is the right fit - that's okay! Let's meet to help you prepare for your best birth. If you decide later that you would like to hire me as your doula, the fee is applied to your birth doula services once the contract is signed.

I support clients at home, in the hospital, and at birth centers whether they plan to have an unmedicated or medicated birth. Your birth doula package includes 1-2 prenatal visits; unlimited support through email, text, and/or phone; Prep4Birth™ Clinic; Prep4Partner™ Clinic; 24/7 on-call availability; continuous labor support and comfort measures; immediate post-labor support; and one postpartum visit. I am client led, meaning that I will take into account what each client needs from me to have their most supported pregnancy and birth.

This is a one-time, three hour class for all trimesters of pregnancy AND any type of birth. You will learn exactly what to do with your birth ball and how it can be helpful in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This class gives you daily activities to strengthen and stretch your body, birth ball techniques for pregnancy and labor, peanut ball tips for epidural or rest, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, laboring and pushing techniques, and more! Our goal is to help you be strong and prepared for your baby's birth day with this evidence-based class. It truly is a game-changer! Prep4Partner equips couples with essential skills and knowledge to ensure the birth partner can provide exceptional support during labor, delivery and into the postpartum period. Through practical exercises, communication techniques, and hands-on practice, partners will learn how to effectively comfort, advocate for, and assist the birther. This class fosters teamwork and confidence, ensuring both partners feel prepared and connected throughout the birthing and postpartum experience. Gift certificates are available!
