Welcome! My name is Kristen Young, and I am a birth doula serving expectant families in Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding areas.

As your doula, it is my goal to accompany you and your partner on your birth journey. I can provide support, comfort, encouragement, and information during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. My desire is to assist you in achieving the birth of your dreams; however, if your birth unfolds in an entirely different way than what you have envisioned, I hope to help you find comfort and joy in your sacred day.
