The birth consultation serves as a time for us to meet and discuss anything you desire about your pregnancy and birth. It is a time for us to get to know one another and determine if I would be a good fit for your family. The consultation includes up to one hour of one-on-one time with me by phone or virtual call. The consultation fee is applied to your birth doula services once the contract is signed. A complimentary 15 minute discovery call is also available.

As your doula, I will accompany you to the birth of your baby. I will provide emotional support, physical comfort, and information to help you make evidence-based choices in your pregnancy and birth. I do not provide clinical tasks, but I will make every effort to help you achieve the birth experience you desire. Your birth doula package includes a minimum of two prenatal visits (one with your provider, if you choose), Prep4Birth™ Clinic, Prepared for Baby Class, 24/7 on-call availability, continuous labor support and comfort measures, optional photographs and videos if time permits, 1-2 hours of post-labor support, 1-2 postpartum visits, and Postpartum Recovery® 6-week Series. I also offer unlimited support through email, text, and phone.

This is a one-time, three hour class for all trimesters of pregnancy AND any type of birth. You will learn exactly what to do with your birth ball and how it can be helpful in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This class gives you daily activities to strengthen and stretch your body, birth ball techniques for pregnancy and labor, peanut ball tips for epidural or rest, comfort measures, relaxation techniques, laboring and pushing techniques, and more! Our goal is to help you be strong and prepared for your baby's birth day with this evidence-based class. It truly is a game-changer! Gift certificates are also available if you are looking for the perfect baby shower gift.

Maybe you have already attended a childbirth preparation class or this isn't your first birth. This may be the perfect prep for you and your partner if you are looking for a quick prep before the birth day! This package includes 2 hours of birth preparation (reviewing and finalizing your birth plan, reviewing comfort measures and labor positions, discussing hopes and fears, etc.). I want you and your partner to feel confident going into your birth.

If you are looking for a private or small group setting childbirth education course, this is the course for you. During this course, we will cover pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. It is my goal to help you and your partner (and/or support person) feel confident and comfortable as you prepare for childbirth and postpartum.
