Welcome! My name is Kristen Young, and I am an icea certified birth doula, 4th Trimester Fitness™ instructor, and childbirth educator serving expectant families in Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding areas.

As your doula, I will help you and your partner prepare for your best birth experience and support you as your family grows. My greatest desire and joy is for you to feel heard, supported, and cared for as you embark on this life-changing journey.
